GoDigi (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital networking and professional profile service owned and operated by Websalty (“Websalty Belgrade”). By accessing or using GoDigi (www.godigi.me), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Registration & Account
- To use GoDigi, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
- You agree to promptly update your profile to ensure accuracy.
2. Use of the Platform
- GoDigi provides digital profiles, networking tools, analytics, NFC integrations, and related services for individuals and businesses.
- Your profile may be visible to other registered users for networking and connection purposes.
- You agree to use GoDigi only for lawful professional networking and not for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activities.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity.
- Upload harmful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
- Copy, resell, or exploit any part of the Platform without written consent from Websalty Belgrade.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Access to GoDigi services may require a subscription (Starter, Business, Corporate).
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Invoices are generated and issued by Websalty Belgrade, the legal owner of GoDigi.
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
- GoDigi and all related services are the exclusive property of Websalty Belgrade.
- The GoDigi name, logo, design, and software are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant GoDigi a license to display and use it for networking functionality.
6. Limitation of Liability
- GoDigi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- Websalty Belgrade shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, or damages resulting from use of the Platform.
- Networking connections made through GoDigi are at the users’ own discretion and risk.
7. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.
- Users may delete their account at any time by contacting support.
8. Modifications
- Websalty Belgrade reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Changes will be posted on the Platform and notified via email when significant.
9. Governing Law
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
